We had a great experience. Vet listened to our concerns and made recommendations. Specially thankful for not turning my dog away. Other vet would not see my dog because she could be aggressive, But Kudos to the Lady that took her in, (I wish I knew her name) she knew what she was doing! And had no issues at all with my Cali. I was quite surprised. But that shows that this clinic knows what they are doing. The Lady that took my dog in needs to teach a training course for vets, that do not provide care for aggressive dogs, on How to handle these digs that are not so social. They need to be seen as well ! Highly Recommended Vet in the High Desert Area. Kudos to you and your team

Staff was absolutely great .. but we went in for shots for 2 of our babes, but we didn’t even see the vet🤷🏻‍♀️ it was fast but it would have nice to talk to the vet… see how their heart sounds idk something ..shots were giving in the waiting area .. and nail trim in the back.. all still no vet in sight🫢 we were just happy they got their shots.. if you don’t mind not talking to the vet this is the place to be ..🤩

I'll start like this... I didn't even get a step into the service. Today I took my daughter's kitten in for a semi-urgent visit due to a possible UTI. After filling out the service form, a lady spoke to me in a somewhat harsh tone and told me that the name I entered as a customer was that of a woman. I kindly explained to her that the client was my daughter, that it was her pet, and that she requested the appointment. The lady told me that I had to enter my information and not my daughter's, to which I replied that it wasn't something I wanted to do. The lady in question spoke to me, in a rude tone now, saying that, if I didn't enter my info, they wouldn't proceed to care for our kitten. So I ended by saying, "that's all, thank you", and left. Now, of course, I fully understand that there may be policies and reasons for such a request (in fact, I actually did enter my phone and address into their form, and now I'm entering my information for this review). However, I also believe that clients should be treated with respect (especially when the clinic is going to care for a pet we love). In any case, the rate I entered here is basically due to the staff's attitude.

My wife took our dog hunter here to a fill in vet that was there. She had the worst experience here. First off that fill in vet took our dog with the leash and left my wife outside waiting while they had our dog. He was seen because his back left leg has been bothering him every time he walks around, his leg bows in. Well they tried to put a muzzle on him because they were trying to see his leg. Well what did you expect when you take our dog he’s whining and scared as hell. Well they took our dog back to the front and said oh he’s needs obedience school training. Um no you took our dog expecting him to be good when my wife wasn’t there in the room to calm him down. You got what you deserved. You’re very lucky he didn’t not bite you. If I could rank this place zero stars I would. We will never be coming back here again. Save your breath and your time go some where else where they actually care about animals.
